Cancellation:

Due to the downloadable nature of digital products and e-books, cancellations are impossible once your order is processed and the access link is delivered to your account or email.

Refunds:

We generally don’t offer refunds for digital products and e-books once purchased. However, if you encounter problems downloading the file or believe the product is faulty, please contact our support team at support@digitalsuperlink.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Online Courses

Cancellation:

You have 24 hours from the time of enrollment to cancel your online course. To cancel, contact us at support@digitalsuperlink.com with your order details.

Refunds:

If you cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, refunds won’t be available after 24 hours.

General Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@digitalsuperlink.com.
We reserve the right to deny a refund request that doesn’t comply with this policy.
